WANTED: SLOGAN FOR WINTERSKöL 2007

56^th Annual Toast to Winter Jan. 11 – 14

ASPEN, Colo. (October 12, 2006) – With frosty mornings and snow already dusting the mountains, it is time to get inspired for Wintersköl™ 2007. The Wintersköl Committee is now accepting slogan submissions for the 56^th celebration that will go off Jan. 11 – 14, 2007. 

Slogans should creatively capture the spirit of Aspen ’s annual toast to winter and reference “007” for the 2007 celebration. The winner will receive one pass to the 2007 Food & Wine Magazine Classic in Aspen . 

The slogan should be a one to five word phrase and short enough to fit on three-inch, round button. The contest is limited to five entries per person. The winning slogan will appear on Official Wintersköl™ merchandise, in print and broadcast promotional materials, as well as hold a place in Aspen ’s history.

Previous winning slogans include:

• 1991 – Cheers to Forty Years
• 1998 – Celebrate our Heart & Soul
• 2006 – Winter Fun Since ‘51 

To be considered, all entries must be received no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, November 3^rd.
