Prolific Post blogger DrBill once again turns his sights to AspenFilm’s Shortsfest–and lo he sees a very different (digital) picture at the Filmaker’s Lounge session at the Mountain Chalet. “My head is still spinning from these, fast-forward to a new age, very high tech seminars on what is happening and changing, as we speak,” DrBill blogs, “in the realm of video cameras, editing, projecting, web-publishing, web-casting, distributing and marketing films, especially short films. At least I did not find myself alone, even among the many filmmakers who were present at these full to capacity talks. The camera and film-jargon was as foreign to me and others present as some obscure languages.”
