I don't think Imus lost much by taking about a year off w/ pay (settlement) and them right back in the saddle again.
I do think he probably changed his act for the better though, and that alone is good.
And referring to what you began to say Michael, I can tell you the locals are a bit, shall we say skeptical of Imus and his little(a week?, maybe two out of 52) kiddy (cancer?) gig, even though I am sure it is nice for what it is. I'll just say thanks Imus, but like I said, the locals do talk.
One last thing. Your little word play caught my ear. It went something like this... I'm-us-Con-man.
Just for fun, tonite we'll call it the old one-two punch.
