Many Aspen investors are listed on this week’s release of information surrounding the alleged swindling of millions of dollars by financier Bernie Madoff in a scheme involving alleged bogus real estate deals and other investments. Bruce and Bonne Liebmann of Snowmass Village are on the list of victims. Also named: Aspen’s Preston Fox, Gary Albert, Aspen Fine Arts, Donnelley Erdman and others.

Bode Miller having a rough go of it in France—-ranking 13th in downhill qualifying—-the usually brash Miller didn’t waver from the habit—–sharply criticizing the course for being too icy.
