Willful Ignorance In The Name Of Law

Or is it simple minded shocking stupidity born of unbridaled arrogance?

At some point I think it would actually be OK for Law to come up to speed, get it's own ass out of it's face and argue law based on information. The conservative justices decided that the legal points were more important than the actual capacity to find truth and reality and then go to legal arguments. This decision should be considered an embarrassment to any intellectual pretensions in the legal profession by those who call themselves conservative. To paraphrase; "We don't need no information to make a legal decision." Sarcastically, an American banner for the world to admire. This to me is the most horrifying conservative legacy. Arguing the legal points appear to be more important than using information based findings. What next a legal definition of the language that law is written in? Simpletons!
