BLACK AMERICA DEVASTATED BY MASS IMMIGRATION

Part 1: Undermining Black employment

By Frosty Wooldridge

Each week, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid, majority leaders of the U.S. House and Senate of the United States—shout grandiose proclamations about their efforts to make work, housing and education better for all Americans.

Unfortunately, for the past 20 years, both individuals failed Black America. Reid and Pelosi encouraged, without batting an eye, the slave labor invasion from Mexico. Both voted for insourcing, outsourcing and offshoring of jobs that displaced and undermined millions of Black Americans. Both watched Chinese manufacturing usurp American jobs in steel, auto and, welding and ancillary jobs attached to Detroit, former “Automobile Capitol of the World.”

Yes, Reid gave us Wal-Mart with 90 percent Chinese products that put the Chinese to work, but cut the throats of American workers. Every time you save money at Wal-Mart, you put thousands of U.S. workers in unemployment lines—that includes millions of Blacks.

As a college student in Michigan, I witnessed the Detroit riots in 1967 that burned much of the Black inner-city into cinders. The riots in Watts illustrated seething anger among Blacks. The U.S. Army drafted millions of poor blacks to fight in Lyndon Baines Johnson’s Vietnam War. Tens of thousands died without a clue as to why they departed this life so early. Dr. Martin Luther King tried to bring equality for people of color and stop ‘separate but equal’ drinking fountains and restaurants.

Johnson engineered the “Great Society” in order to give Blacks a chance at the American Dream. Schools upgraded, scholarships flourished, and even Louis Armstrong and Nat King Cole could eat and stay in the same hotel as whites. Top Black athletes commanded millions of dollars in sports and Black entertainers became millionaires like the Supremes, Richard Pryor and Sammy Davis, Jr.

With the power of the auto industry and manufacturing, Blacks entered—in greater numbers—the middle class of America through the 70s and 80s.

But in the 90s, something happened. Tyson Foods, Hormel, McDonald’s, Swift, Amour and dozens of companies found they could undermine and undercut wages of America’s working poor by adding unlawful immigrant workers. At first, a trickle, but soon, a deluge! Bush I winked. Clinton nodded. Bush II declared, “But they do the jobs that Americans won’t do!”

Today, Detroit suffers 76 percent dropout/flunkout rate from high schools according to NBC’s Brian Williams. Similar rates apply all over America. Jobs for Blacks dwindle as America’s manufacturing base, supported by Pelosi and Reid, offshores to other countries. Black teens cannot find a ‘fast food’ job to save their lives. But unlawful Mexican workers can! Drugs and pregnant teen mothers explode. The Black prison population in America stands as a national disgrace.

While we blow up Iraq and Afghanistan, every day for the past eight years, at a current expenditure of $667 billion, our own citizens languish in hopelessness. A phenomenal 32.2 million Americans subsist on food stamps. Can anyone imagine what that kind of money would do for job training?

All the while, Reid and Pelosi support 20 million unlawful immigrants and unlawful workers in this country—at the expense of America’s Black citizens. Neither of those two ranking politicians represents the rule of law, but in fact, both continue to undermine Black America.

In a recent article, Roy Beck, “Moon Landing, Milton Berle, Soup Kitchens and Lost Dreams” 7/20/09, said, “Forty years ago this morning, I was visiting with Milton Berle in his hotel room near Grand Rapids, Michigan, sharing our reactions to watching the moon landing in the middle of the night. That evening, we met again over a giant bowl of potato salad at a backyard picnic as Congressman Gerald Ford dipped along with us and excitedly recounted his phone call from Nixon minutes after the moon walk.

“This is why kids aspire to be news reporters. You never know what you might be doing when something big happens. The moon landing inspired big dreams in lots of people. The year 1969 for my emerging generation was a time of big dreams about a world at peace, the end to racial conflict and disparities in America, and the beginning of a sustainable lifestyle. If we could put a man on the moon after only a decade of work, why couldn’t we achieve these other goals?

“That was a summer when I donned riot gear to accompany police during a few nights of race riots. The northern ghettos of the Black underclass no longer were content with promises; they wanted full access to the middle-class economy.”

TODAY’S ABANDONED BLACK UNDERCLASS

“Waking up to NPR’s report on the 40th anniversary this morning, I instantly felt myself back in that time, and thinking about what I thought the United States would be like by now,” Beck said. “It wasn’t the U.S. that I know today. Once again this weekend, Shirley and I spent several hours at a soup kitchen, assisting 250 people in our community for whom the dreams of 1969 have not happened. As usual, most of the recipients of a meal, groceries and bus passes were Black Americans both recently and chronically out of the labor force. Nobody has been more devastated by federal policies of flooding the labor market with foreign workers than Black Americans. Their unemployment rates are through the roof.

“Visiting with them for hours Saturday, we couldn’t conjure much hope at all that their lives had a chance of being transformed by a job. As I have said repeatedly for 20 years, there are many key ingredients to why the Black underclass has remained so large, but one of the most important has been congressional insistence at blocking their participation in the labor force by substituting foreign workers.”

IMMIGRATION GROWTH DEVOURING MILLIONS OF ACRES

“There are many reasons for this continuing rape of our nation’s natural heritage, but the most important one is that federal immigration policies have mandated massive, unrelenting growth,” Beck said. “About 40 years ago, Nixon suggested at the time the country’s population reached 200 million that we might do well not to add more.”

Beck added, “Anniversaries can be sad reminders of how badly we’ve screwed up. The Baby Boom generation with all of our high ideals has let environmental sustainability and racial egalitarianism slip from our grasp because as a whole we have never confronted the insistence of Big Business and Big Government for unrelenting immigration.”

Today, our Black President Obama, Pelosi and Reid propose, not only to grant amnesty to 20 million unlawful immigrants that will further decay Black American jobs, but they all voted to double legal immigration from 1.2 million to 2.4 million annually (June vote S. 1639, 2007).

Thus, Black America faces an uncertain future.

    Good work Frosty,

Missed you on Restore the Republic today but imagine it was good to go…

I am interested to see what kind of response this post receives?

Fair and balanced is my motto, but, but.., not like the Fox fair and balanced.

If I have to watch them (Fox) and the religious right channels as well as the mainstream, so called liberal B.S. just to get a grip on what people are being mass fed to go with my outer limits explorations, well, whatever it takes to find the balance.

Thanks for kicking the can down the road Frosty!

  3. Edward Troy says:

Divide and conquer. Until the decision makers address the economic driving variables, this has no solution any more than laws and fences will stop demand for consumable contraband in this country. If there is a conspiracy it is that there is no intention to solve the “problem” any more than there were intentions of “winning in Viet Nam.” There is a plague of unsolved soluble problems that politicians live on by rhetorically addressing them.

  4. Nathan in New Castle says:

Export education, not people. Education is the most effective birth control and has no side effects. I know you stand in admiration of China and their willingness to criminalize children and deport innocent refuges to death, but I happen to believe in freedom. Immigrants get these jobs because they are willing to work hard for less, but doesn’t every American have the same option? You say that they bring down the value of every employee, but I say they make employee work for their real value. In America we were blessed with the American royalty by simply being born, but our royalty is losing its value. You see this and blame immigrants because you’re spoiled and ignorant. You’ve never had to work nor do any American; we’re all spoiled. Immigrants are willing to except a more humble life then we are because we feel entitled. We, as Americans, could have every single one of those jobs that you think they stole from us. I feel no pity for those who make excuses. There is nothing unfair about someone being more productive for less money. Our pride and entitlement have remained while our value disappears. We have gone from a land of prosperity through hard work to a land of entitlement and prosperity through the hard work of the less fortunate. Through our own backstabbing philosophy we are losing our prosperity. But you will continue looking at others for the blame. While eating from your own silver spoon you make claims that you know what it’s like in the blue collar, job market. It’s not because you care about the jobless, but instead it’s because you think it backs your hate. It doesn’t. If I need a job I will make the sacrifices to get a job. Those people who say that they are losing jobs to immigrants are greedy and/or lazy. So I say to you, as someone who competes for those poor paying, immigration jobs, don’t act like you have an answer to something you know nothing about. I work hard and humble myself when I need too, so I complete. These are not some foreigners that don’t belong; these are good people who work hard for every bit of what they get. I know you think your leisure world travels makes you knowledgeable and worldly, but you have no clue what it’s like to be them or to be us. But lift your head up high continue acting like we deserve to continue being above the rest of the world because of our birth, instead of our accomplishments.

  5. Star Eagle says:

Troy, you are absolutely right! Which is why Nathan, you need to lift your sights a bit. It is easy to pick on the poor lazy entitled American just like it is easy to pick on the poor illegal immigrant but the real problem lies at the top. Go to the kokomotion link I have posted before and watch The Money Masters. There are plenty of hard working Americans but that is not to say they know what is going on in the big financial world. Education, it doesn’t just come from the classroom!!!

  6. Star Eagle says:

    Nathan,

Here is the link to find The Money Masters and while you are at it watch JFKII too. Just so you know why we had a scrub leading us for 8 long years. Enjoy!!

  7. Nathan in New Castle says:

I don’t know if any conspiracies is true or not, but the night I happened to stumble upon Coast to Coast AM and heard the giant conspiracies of Mel’s hole, I was hooked to them. I like listening to Coast to Coast and learning of conspiracies, but only for entertainment. Despite my instincts to question everything, I happen to agree with the “normal” folks in society when it comes to conspiracies, you people are crazy. What difference does knowing JFK “real” killer make? How does the existence of Sasquatch change your life? What if 9/11 was really cared out by the government, Jews, or even me? What effect does this have on you? Governments are imperfect, scientists are human, and everybody lies and cheats. I agree with most of Ed’s views, but both of you look for blame. If your problems are in the government or outside of yourself then the solution are also in the government or outside of yourself. By blaming others, you rely on them for your solutions. Conspiracies are made as excuses. Even if people are conspiring directly against you, it can’t change you and therefore it doesn’t matter.

  8. Star Eagle says:

    Nathan,

“Even if people are conspiring directly against you, it can’t change you and therefore it doesn’t matter”.

(Illegal) “Immigrants get these jobs because they are willing to work hard for less, but doesn’t every American have the same option”?

These are foundation statements that leave me questioning your arguments Nathan.

As open and questioning as you can be, you seem to find a certain bliss in ignorance. Or a certainty in denial as strange as that sounds. Of course you are not the only one inflicted on this site of that malady. Especially when it comes to 9/11, terrorism, CIA, monetary masters etc.

I can assure you it has had a huge effect upon this Country and even on YOU Nathan.

  9. Nathan in New Castle says:

No, I won’t add the word illegal to my statements because the status of someone has nothing to do with any of these debates. Even Frosty knows that, and that’s why he would bane all immigrants. Tell me one problem that you claim to have against illegal immigrants that don’t have against legal immigrants?

Please question me and my arguments all you want, but don’t throw out words like “ignorance” without giving them any backing. What is it that you find illogical? Being as though you a conspiracy junky, I’ll bet you are from moderate, white upbringings, such as I am. And so unlike Frosty, you probably have actually talked too and worked with illegals, and know how hard they work and how little they complain. Frosty is trying to take advantage of the spite that has built from being on the losing side of this job competition. But all they’re doing is being better then our lazy, prideful, honkey friends, so don’t they deserve to win?

As to your site, I have enjoyed watching a few videos. Some are well founded and logical, but others are stretching reality to try and prove fantasies. I appreciate both kinds of videos. Please keep the sites coming.

  10. Edward Troy says:

I have read 28 of the recommended books on the site kokomotion. There is a sharp contrast between those who gleefully recount their methods of corruption, insidious plots, murderous schemes, holocaust, plunder, slavery, oppression, repression, financial depressions, war and the military/prison/police/religion/judicial/media industrial complex, giving us the product of experiencing the analog of reality, and the feeble but brilliant attempts of those who would actually serve the betterment of humanity.

Preserving difference, is important in finding optimums for “good” and the greedy sinister route to power. There are more homo saps willing to fight to be mastered by the corruption of humanity, than those of us willing to be prosecuted for the wisdom of acting for freedom without that freedom including oppression of others. Some are ignorantly enslaved to that corruption, and even worse are those who knowingly accept and embrace it — they ARE the conspirators, flunkies and lackeys and well compensated with flags, bibles, crosses, crescents, quorans, membership in some “race” creed or demographic construct, other sorts of worthless rubbish, sterilized of thought, and getting little of the currency/I.O.U.s that the rest of us become obligated to support, feed and honor, while land, food and the means of production are hoarded, by those who hand out the rubbish as a “fair” exchange. I would rather have trinkets and baubles than that rubbish.

Far from destroying the seeds of division, FWs and McGarrys of the world, harvest the fruits of division as much as the Nation of Islam, AIPAC and KKK type organizations do. They hype the problems caused by the symptoms of “race,” religion, immigration and so forth, instead of illuminating the problem — economic policy that has been deliberate, calculating and merciless, driving nearly all maladies afflicting humanity since the agricultural revolution allowed hoarding as a concept to become a managed reality. That seed is a weed that must be extinguished.

Written history is littered with the glory of conquering heroes, snuffing the peace of humankind. The mental prison the minds of FW and McGarry reside in, leaves the key out of reach, and prevents them from getting a shovel to dig out that seed. Let the dogs salivate and drool in contentment. The delusional, believe freedom is in that prison, proving freedom is a state of mind — if you have one. They would have everyone share in eating dirt and pay for it with all that you cherish, those you love, your home, the joy in work you want to do, for rubbish worth less than those trinkets and baubles that at least have some intrinsic value.

Let FW glorify his divisions. I am a man and will die as one.

  11. Nathan in New Castle says:

    Frostys’ wet dream: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7WJeqxuOfQ
Beck, like Frosty, tells you scary numbers based on current rates. But this shows you the perfect example of why you don’t use current rates to make projections. Beck shows you Americas growth based on population trends and fertility rates, which is the proper way to make projections. Then he shows you his scary snap-shot number based on one population rate, which is why his graph continues to sky rocket without any variations.

The problem is not just in the technique, but also in the feasibility. Mexico contribute around a third of all immigrants to America. The best population projections show Mexico peaking at 170,000,000 – 200,000,000. To reach Roy’s projection Mexico would need to empty itself completely into America. Yes that’s right; every Mexican would need to come here over the next fifty year and leave their land empty. Mexico’s fertility rate is neutral, and their population is leveling out, and so are most of the immigrating countries. So I asked, where are all those people going to come from? Oh yah, this year immigration numbers are predicted to be down, so if graphed that and then continued at that trend your graph would go into the negatives.

  12. Nathan in New Castle says:

Everyone is against mass immigration, but some of us want to address the real problems driving immigration. Education leads to independent, prosperous people/ nation. The world is slowly becoming more educated and therefore many problems going to slowly be solved. Immigration is one of these problems. As education brings prosperity, the need to immigrate disappears. As education lowers birth rates, the need to rape nature and immigrate disappears. Education is the answer.

Again, I encourage Mr. Droy to earn his GED. We need thinkers and logical minds instead of the drivel of emotions. In the end, if I may educate those who will not be educated, this is an overpopulation, carrying capacity issue, but it escapes you. Again, earn a GED and then, a BA or BS and then, an MA and MS. Then, talk to me with some intelligence. Otherwise, I cannot be bothered with frivolous minds.

  15. Sue Gray says:

University degrees are no guarantee of intelligence, only a sign of wealth. And by the state of things today, I’d say wealth and university degrees have not led us well.

But you just go on demeaning those of us without degrees, wealth and the leisure time to go slumming in third world countries Frosty, that’s what you’re good at.

  16. Edward Troy says:

    Remember Sue,

FW is too chicken to take an IQ test. I stated that if he went head to head with you, Mitch, Nathan or my self, he would lose. Even though all of us have serious disagreements, all of us are thinking. He is like an agenda on an 8 track tape — mindless recapitulations and repetitions of cherry picked statistics to affirm a house of cards.

Drop in crime coincides with exodus of illegal immigrants

    Mike Sunnucks
    Phoenix Business Journal
    August 5, 2009

A marked drop in Phoenix-area crime coincides with the recession and a drop in the number of illegal immigrants in Arizona.

Phoenix has seen a 25 percent decline in the number of crimes during the first five months of 2009 compared to the same time period in 2007 when the economy began to slow. Violent crime in Phoenix is down 12 percent, according crime statistics from the Phoenix Police Department.

The Mesa Police Department reports a 19 percent decrease in total crimes for the first half of 2009 versus the first half of 2007, including a 10 percent drop in violent crime. Tempe has seen a 25 percent total drop.

At the same time, the state’s illegal immigrant population has decreased by as much as one-third thanks to the down U.S. economy, tougher enforcement polices by the federal government and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the state’s employer sanctions law which goes after businesses who hire undocumented workers, said Steven Camarota, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.

CIS estimates Arizona’s illegal immigrant population has gone from 579,000 in 2007 to 388,000 this year — 191,000-person drop.

Camarota said enforcement was the initial reason for the drop in illegal immigration in Arizona, but now it’s more due to the lack of jobs for migrants entering the U.S. from Mexico.

Arizona has lost 239,500 — 9 percent of its work force — since the recession began in late 2007, according the Economic Policy Institute. Those job losses have been heavy in industries such as construction, restaurants and services.

CIS estimates the U.S. illegal immigrant population has dropped from 12.5 million in 2007 to 10.8 million now.

  19. Nathan in New Castle says:

    Smurf,
Do colored folks have the trademark on these problems FW is calling black problems?
I believe both FW and infowars will eventually admit that immigration is driven by larger issues. I’m sure they will dismiss it as unsolvable or irrelevant. They only care about “their own” American culture and can’t see the long term effects isolation would have on us. It’s too bad because I don’t think they’re un-intelligent, just willfully ignorant. I bet they would have some decent ideas if they would only allow themselves to see the real problems.

    infowars.com,
Since you think it’s idiotic of me to make no distinctions between illegals and legal immigrants, I put out a challenge in my response to Eagle Star. Feel free to fill it.
