Council critical of Burlingame pre-sales budget


Aspen City Council on Tuesday balked at a $140,000 budget for the initial step of a pre-sales program designed to gauge interest in the second phase of the city’s Burlingame Ranch affordable housing project.

Specifically, council members at a work session cried foul on a $50,000 budget item for marketing graphics and materials designed to sell the project.
