Police in Aspen, Basalt and Carbondale visited banks on Monday to discuss security measures after a robbery Saturday that involved a man tying up employees and a customer at gunpoint.
The robbery at the Wells Fargo bank on Highway 133 in Carbondale was the third in the Roaring Fork Valley since March. Authorities said they don’t believe the crimes are related.
