"Human Embryonic Stem Cell Therapy has restored life into my limbs and HOPE back into my vocabulary. While my spinal cord injury took away my ability to walk, it didn't take away my ability to dream. I am making my dream my reality one baby step at a time." ~Amanda Boxtel

Everyone will want to have their picture taken with this Elk.
The Art Fair has invested $3500.00 with this statue and that would cover the cost. His platform is made of aspen and weighs about 300 lbs. The Elk weighs 140 lbs. and is painted with an exterior sign enamel. It has never been inside a building and he travels well. We love him and hope to find him promoting a new hotel entrance, overlooking a bar, or surveying the diners in a cool restaurant somewhere in the Colorado area.

SAN FRANCISCO—Now you see it—and then you see it again.
You go to the “Picasso and American Art” exhibit here at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) and what you see is the face of genius so obliterating that lesser geniuses can do little more than fall in line.
Max Weber, Paul Klee, Piet Mondrian, Jackson Pollack, and so on: they tried to keep up through the 20th Century that Picasso, the ineffable Spanish artist, did not stride upon the world of art so much as squash it. Starting with Cubism, Picasso not only re-imagined the human form but the human subconscious while he was at it. In so doing, he also re-defined what an artist could be.

A few days ago while I was drinking coffee at Zele, I overheard a part of a conversation questioning if I was a serious candidate for City Council, or was I just after some attention?
I introduced myself and answered their question – Yes, I am a serious candidate – very serious. I explained that when I was doing my daily Grassroots television show, my responsibility to my sponsors, was to generate viewers. My plan to generate viewers was to “Stir the pot” – and I believe I was successful. The key to my success was actually having a plan.
I will not run a “buzz word” campaign. Instead, I will run a campaign that lays out a plan to reach the goals the community has set for itself.
